Kelly L. Kiseskey

Kelly L. Kiseskey is Heimberg Law Group’s newest associate, joining the firm in 2004 after working for Tharpe & Howell, an insurance defense firm, and Swedelson & Gottleib LLP, specializing in homeowner’s association law.

Legal Responsibilities

Ms. Kiseskey is responsible for the day-to-day management of Heimberg Law Group’s caseload. She ensures that the litigation process flows smoothly and all the “i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed” in moving each case toward its resolution. Ms. Kiseskey is an excellent communicator and has proven herself to be a great complement to the Heimberg Law Group team.

A Varied Background

A third generation Californian, Ms. Kiseskey graduated from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, Calif., with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Following graduation, she spent five years as a marketing director for technology companies in the “dot.com” industry while attending the University of West Los Angeles School of Law at night. Ms. Kiseskey became a member of the State Bar of California in 2002.
