The newest associate at Heimberg Law Group, Ms. Villavicencio has had experience in cases involving wrongful termination, police misconduct, personal injury and medical malpractice. She also has participated in numerous arbitrations and administrative hearings.

Since college, during law school and until today Ms. Villavicencio has been deeply involved in protecting the rights of the Latin Community and of children. She served as an officer for the Latin American Law Student Association, an Editor of the Children's Legal Rights Journal, a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association, and has been the recipient of an Equal Justice America Fellowship.

She has served a judicial externship at Orange County Superior Court, and volunteers her time at Volunteers of East Los Angeles (VELA), a non-profit  agency dedicated to serving the disabled, seniors, women and children of East Los Angeles.

Ms. Villavicencio's hard work and personal commitment to each of the clients she represents makes her a strong advocate. Her passion is fueled by her desire to champion the rights of her injured clients.
